Ms. Folsom is THE Owner-Operator of her entrepreneurship, seeking strategic partnership with Carnegie R1 Research Universities. Ms. Folsom is an experienced clinician, researcher and public health nutrition consultant. Well-versed in primary care nutrition, she accepts referrals from all specialities and ages. Her philosophy, nutrition is a functional tool. With precision, Ms. Folsom brings nutrition access to the disability population. Ms. Folsom's expertise is Federal and Florida Nutrition Politics as related to Medical Nutrition Therapy MNT within Managed Care payor space. Ms. Folsom's practice holds Florida's first billable Medicaid MNT data. 

Licensed by the Florida Board of Medicine and the Attorney General's Office, Ms. Folsom's licensure case proved valiant violations of antitrust within the Florida Dept. of Health, Dietetics and Nutrition Practice Council. In 2017 Ms. Folsom lobbied for Floridian access to billable Medical Nutrition Therapy to then Senator, now the U.S. Secretary of State, Marco Rubio, and U.S. Representative Neal Dunn, MD. Six years later, Ms. Folsom broke the glass ceiling as the first Florida Licensed Nutritionist to hold the Statewide Medicaid Managed Care plan contracts! Ms. Folsom continues to lobby Florida Representatives for various healthcare logistics issues.

As Florida State University alumna, Abbey holds both her Bachelor- and Master- of Science degrees in Nutrition and Food Science, from the (FKA) College of Human Sciences. Ms. Folsom is published in the Journals of: Cachexia, Sarcopenia and Muscle; Food Science & Nutrition; Public Health Management and Practice; and the Florida Public Health Review. Our Director of Nutrition Care Operations, Ms. Tinsley is the primary contact for administrative and financial operations. Ms. Tinsley is proficient with Regulatory Affairs and billing Statewide Medicaid Managed Care plans, Health Maintenance Organizations HMO and Preferred Provider Organizations PPO. A diligent two decades of experience in payer systems, Ms. Tinsley streamlines logistics of credentialing -billable clinical infrastructure for practitioners. She collaborates with insurance companies to resolve complex reimbursement challenges. Ms. Tinsley ensures the accuracy of the billing language of International Classification of Diseases ICD-10 codes. This is how the U.S. Department of Health and Human services tracks actuarial medical research within the Center for Health and Human Service. Ms. Tinsley's advocacy for patients is built on her strong relationships within managed care, improving continuity of care across various specialties.  

An integral part of the honor society at Florida State University, Diana graduated with Bachelor of Arts Dual Degree from the College of Business.

Ms. Wnuk is our Clinical Research & Lead Coordinator, she ensures a premium patient experience. She takes ownership of Lead Conversion lifecycle and proficiency of documentation to continuously optimize workflow. Ms. Wnuk is objective and weighs choices carefully. In addition to her subject matter expertise, she is attentive to detail and well-organized with specialized clinical experience. Ms. Wnuk works with diverse and disabled populations of all ages. For the non-profit sector, Ms. Wnuk is an experienced food educator, and is a Certified ServSafe Food Protection Manager.

Cultivating leadership skills, Ms. Wnuk's life has been centered around her faith and soccer. Abigail is an FSU alumna with a Bachelor of Science Degree. She Majored in Food & Nutrition Science, and Minored in Family Child Sciences.
